Why should you rent from Bradley Rentals?

There are many reasons to rent equipment from Bradley Rentals. Among the most significant reasons are:

Maintenance: When you rent equipment from Bradley Rentals, you can be assured it has been well maintained. All of our equipment receives regularly scheduled maintenance and is also checked thoroughly each time it is returned from a rental.

Cost: It’s not always feasible to purchase a piece of equipment that is very costly or that you use infrequently.

Less Down Time: If you should encounter mechanical problems with equipment rented from Bradley Rentals, we will replace it or repair it promptly.

Storage: It is not necessary for you to maintain large storage areas for equipment that you use infrequently.

The Right Equipment: Our large inventory of equipment makes it easy for you to obtain the right equipment for your job.

What are our business hours?

Bradley Rentals is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Will someone show me how to use the equipment I rent?

Our rental technicians will show you how to safely and correctly operate the equipment you are renting and will answer any questions you may have. We also have instructional videos available for much of our equipment.

Can I reserve equipment in advance?

Since projects often take longer to complete than planned which sometimes results in equipment not being returned as originally scheduled, we do not accept reservations. We do, however, have multiple quantities available of most items.

How are rental rates calculated?

Rates are charged based on time out–including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays– and are calculated as follows:

How does the rental process work in terms of the deposit required and methods of payment accepted?

To rent equipment from Bradley Rentals, you will need a current driver’s license from which we will obtain the required customer information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards and cash. If you are using a credit card or debit card, your card will be charged for the amount of time you indicate you will be keeping the equipment. When the equipment is returned, your card will be charged for additional time out or credited for early return based on the actual amount of time you kept the equipment. If cash is used for your deposit, you will be required to leave an amount totaling 3 times the day rate. When the equipment is returned, the actual rate will be deducted from the cash deposit and the balance returned to you.

Are there any special rates available for overnight or weekend rentals?

For the convenience of our customers, Bradley Rentals has special evening and weekend rates. These rates are as follows:

Evening Rentals: Rent an item after 2:00 pm standard time (3:00 pm daylight savings time) Monday through Friday and return it by 9:00 am the next morning for the minimum rental rate. Metered items allow 4 hours on the hour meter.

Weekend Rentals: You may rent an item after 12:00 noon on Friday and return it by 9:00 am on Monday for 1.5 times the day rate. Metered items allow 12 hours on the hour meter.

For either evening or weekend rentals, all equipment must be returned by the specified time to receive the special rate. If items are not returned by the specified time, normal rates will apply.

How do I get the items I’ve rented?

You may either pick up the items or Bradley Rentals will be glad to deliver and pick up for a reasonable fee. If you decide to pick up your order, we will assist you in loading and unloading the items; however, the risk and responsibility for protecting our equipment and your vehicle is yours. If you would like for Bradley Rentals to deliver, this must be scheduled in advance, and the area where you would like the items to be placed must be clear when our driver arrives.

Do I need to be at the site when the items are delivered?

Yes. It is necessary for you or your representative to be available at the site when your items are delivered to check the items for accuracy, to receive any necessary operating instructions and to sign the rental contract. Any shortages, damaged items or operating problems must be reported to Bradley Rentals immediately or the items and quantities listed on your contract will be considered accurate.

What is my responsibility as a customer?

The customer is responsible for all equipment rented from the time of receipt until the time of return. Please be sure all rented items are secured when not in use and protected from inclement weather as necessary. The customer will be charged a replacement fee for any missing items or permanently damaged unrentable items. We will assess a repair fee for any damaged items that we deem repairable.
